Loco ist mit den Ortsteilen Niva und Rossa eine Ortschaft und ehemalige politische Gemeinde im Kreis Onsernone im Onsernonetal im Bezirk Locarno des Kantons Tessin in der Schweiz.
Das Dorf liegt im Onsernonetal auf einer Terrasse an der Strasse, die einerseits nach Vergeletto, andererseits nach Spruga führt. Es umfasste auch die Weiler Niva und Rossa und war Verwaltungssitz der Gemeinde Isorno TI.
