In dieser Kirche wurde KI auf bemerkenswerte Weise eingesetzt. Dort konnte man mit einem Jesus sprechen, der von künstlicher Intelligenz gesteuert wurde.
In der Kapelle wurde eine Art Beichtstuhl installiert, in dem man mit einem KI-gesteuerten Jesus in hundert verschiedenen Sprachen sprechen konnte. Die Installation, die den Namen Deus in machina erhielt, entstand aus jahrelanger Zusammenarbeit mit der örtlichen Universität. „Wir wollten sehen und verstehen, wie Menschen auf einen KI-Jesus reagieren. Worüber würden sie mit ihm reden? Besteht Interesse daran, mit ihm zu reden?“
