Die Schlacht bei Znaim fand am 10. und 11. Juli 1809 in der Nähe des heute tschechischen Znojmo statt. Gegner waren österreichische Streitkräfte unter Erzherzog Karl und französische Truppen unter Général de division Marmont. Die Schlacht endete unentschieden, da man sich im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen entschloss, das Feuer einzustellen.
Nach der Niederlage in der Schlacht bei Wagram zog sich die Armee von Erzherzog Karl am 7. Juli geordnet nach Mähren zurück.
