Das Palais Petschek ist ein neoklassizistisches Gebäude in der Prager Neustadt. Es entstand nach Entwürfen des Architekten Max Spielmann zwischen 1923 und 1925 als Bankhaus Petschek & Co. der Prager Familie Petschek. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs diente das Gebäude als Zweigstelle der Gestapo im Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren, anschließend der tschechoslowakischen Geheimpolizei StB als Zentrale. Ab Ende 1948 wurde das Palais vom Ministerium für Außenhandel der Tschechoslowakei genutzt und 1989 in die Liste der Nationalen Kulturdenkmale Tschechiens aufgenommen. Heute beherbergt es einen Teil des tschechischen Ministeriums für Industrie und Handel.
