Mokrosuky ist eine Gemeinde in Tschechien. Sie liegt drei Kilometer südlich von Kolinec und gehört zum Okres Klatovy.
Mokrosuky befindet sich in der Svatoborská vrchovina , einer Teileinheit der Šumavské podhůří . Der Kernort liegt rechtsseitig über dem Tal der Ostružná und wird vom Bach potok Hory Matky Boží durchflossen. Im Norden erheben sich die Rendlíky , der Hostidráž und der Křepčín , südöstlich der Na Chocholíku und die Zabuza , im Süden der V Kosách und der Přenýř , südwestlich die Křížovka und die Pavlínova hora , im Westen der Vrch sowie nordwestlich die Rovina . Östlich des Dorfes verläuft die Bahnstrecke Horažďovice předměstí–Klatovy, dahinter die Staatsstraße II/187 zwischen Sušice und Kolinec.
