Rechts auf der Ecke steht das Zeughaus. Hier befindet sich das Deutsche Historische Museum . Das Gebäude wurde 2002 um einen neuen Glasbau erweitert. Die Ausstellungen sind bis dahin bei den Nachbarn im Kronprinzenpalais zu sehen. Schade, denn im Innenhof vermissen wir jetzt die barocken Bildskulpturen von Andreas Schlüter. An der Außenseite und auf dem Dach sind auch rundherum Statuen angebracht, darunter die Götter Mars und Minerva. Das Zeughaus wurde Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts als Waffenlager errichtet.
