Neheim-Hüsten war eine deutsche Stadt, die von 1941 bis Ende 1974 bestand. Sie entstand am 1. April 1941 durch die Zusammenlegung der Stadt Neheim und der Gemeinde Hüsten. Die Stadt wurde zum 1. Januar 1975 zu Arnsberg, Hochsauerlandkreis, eingemeindet und war zunächst ein Stadtteil.
Neheim und Hüsten sind seit 1983 zwei Arnsberger Stadtteile. Sie stellen heute mit 33.944 Einwohnern rund 40 Prozent der Gesamteinwohnerzahl der Stadt Arnsberg. Dabei entfallen auf Neheim 23.132 und auf Hüsten 10.812 Einwohner.
