Grenzach-Wyhlen liegt am Hochrhein im Dreiländereck von Schweiz, Frankreich und Deutschland an den südlichen Ausläufern des Südschwarzwalds. In direkter Nähe liegt der Dinkelberg. Grenzach-Wyhlen ist die am südlichsten gelegene Gemeinde von Baden-Württemberg.
