Berga ist eine Gemeinde in der Verbandsgemeinde Goldene Aue im Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz, Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland.
Der Ort an der Thyra liegt rund 18 km westlich von Sangerhausen und rund 16 km östlich von Nordhausen an der L 151, ehemals die Bundesstraße 80, der Bundesstraße 85 sowie der Bundesautobahn 38. Die Talsperre Kelbra und der Kyffhäuser liegen südlich des Ortes. Am Bahnhof Berga-Kelbra treffen sich die Bahnstrecke Halle–Hann. Münden, und Bahnstrecke Berga-Kelbra–Stolberg . Bis 1966 fuhren auch Züge der Bahnstrecke Berga-Kelbra–Artern nach Berga.
