Euerdorf ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Bad Kissingen und Sitz der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Euerdorf.
Die Gemeinde liegt in der Region Main-Rhön im Tal der Fränkischen Saale etwa acht Kilometer flussab von Bad Kissingen. In Euerdorf mündet der aus einem südlichen Seitental der Saale kommende Sulzbach in die Fränkische Saale. Der historische Teil des Marktes liegt südlich der Saale innerhalb einer zum Teil noch erhaltenen Stadtmauer, während sich die neueren Wohngebiete nördlich der Saale auf einem von ihr umflossenen Hang erstrecken. Das nach Euerdorf eingemeindete Wirmsthal liegt drei Kilometer östlich, in einem Nebental des Sulzbachtales.
