Lage ist eine Gemeinde an der Dinkel im Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim in Niedersachsen mit 1074 Einwohnern. Sie gehört zur Samtgemeinde Neuenhaus und liegt direkt an der Grenze zu den Niederlanden.
Besondere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind die im Jahr 1687 erbaute Kirche, die Wassermühle , die Burgruine , das Herrenhaus sowie die historische Eichenallee mit den alten Häusern der Angestellten des Herrenhauses.
