Theuma ist eine Gemeinde im sächsischen Vogtlandkreis. Sie gehört zum Verwaltungsverband Jägerswald.
Die Gemeinde Theuma befindet sich im Zentrum des Vogtlandkreises und im sächsischen Teil des historischen Vogtlands. Theuma ist etwa acht Kilometer südöstlich der Kreisstadt Plauen gelegen. Das Gemeindegebiet erstreckt sich auf 9,82 km² zwischen der Bundesautobahn 72 im Westen, der Bundesstraße 169 im Osten und der Staatsstraße 315 im Süden. Im Westen wird die Gemeinde durch ein größeres Waldgebiet begrenzt.
