Spaichingen ist eine Kleinstadt an der Prim am Fuß des Dreifaltigkeitsberges. Sie ist die drittgrößte Stadt im Landkreis Tuttlingen.
Zur Stadt Spaichingen gehören auch der Stadtteil Hofen und die Häuser Bleiche, Dreifaltigkeitskirche, Heusteig und Verenamühle. In Spaichingen aufgegangen ist die 1732 erbaute Kassiersmühle. Im Stadtgebiet liegen die abgegangene Burg Baldenburg und die Wüstungen Steinweiler, Stockingen und Niederhofen, das möglicherweise auch in Spaichingen aufgegangen ist.
