Ahausen ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Rotenburg in Niedersachsen. Sie liegt südwestlich der Kreisstadt Rotenburg und ist Teil der Samtgemeinde Sottrum. Die Gemeinde hat gut 1900 Einwohner und erstreckt sich auf einer Fläche von 34,62 Quadratkilometern.
Ahausen liegt im Naturraum Stader Geest am Übergang der Teilbereiche Wümmeniederung und Achim-Verdener Geest. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der Fluss Wümme sowie die Bäche Ahauser Bach, auch Aue genannt, und Everser Bach.
