Groß Nemerow ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern . Sie wird vom Amt Stargarder Land mit Sitz in der Stadt Burg Stargard verwaltet.
Die Gemeinde Groß Nemerow liegt etwa zehn Kilometer südlich von Neubrandenburg und 14 Kilometer nördlich von Neustrelitz. Die Ortsteile Klein Nemerow und Tollenseheim liegen am Ufer des Tollensesees.
