Kolitzheim ist eine Gemeinde im unterfränkischen Landkreis Schweinfurt. Die Großgemeinde ist das Tor des Raums Schweinfurt zur Volkacher Mainschleife und die zehntgrößte Weinbaugemeinde im Weinanbaugebiet Franken. Der gleichnamige Ort ist zugleich Hauptort sowie Sitz der Gemeindeverwaltung.
Die Gemeinde liegt zwischen Schweinfurt und Volkach am südlichen Rand des Schweinfurter Beckens und am Fuße des Gaibacher Bergs. Schweinfurt, Gerolzhofen und der Steigerwald liegen auf Sichtweite vom südlichen Gemeindegebiet.
