Künzell ist eine Stadtrandgemeinde von Fulda in Osthessen, Deutschland. Nach den Stadtgemeinden ist Künzell die größte Gemeinde im Landkreis Fulda.
Die Gemeinde liegt im Vorland der Rhön. Nach Nordwesten hin geht die Bebauung nahtlos in die Stadt Fulda und die Gemeinde Petersberg über. Der östliche Teil der Gemeinde ist von den Bergen der vorderen Rhön geprägt, höchster Punkt im Gemeindegebiet ist der Giebelrain. Dort entspringt die Haune.
