Rietschen, obersorbisch Rěčicy, ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Görlitz im Osten des Freistaates Sachsen. Die Gemeinde ist Sitz der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Rietschen.
In der Gemeinde leben etwa 2600 Einwohner, 1100 davon im gleichnamigen Hauptort. Die Gemeinde liegt vollständig im sorbischen Siedlungsgebiet der Oberlausitz, der Großteil der Orte ist jedoch bereits seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts weitestgehend germanisiert.
