Beeskow liegt am Ostrand der Beeskower Platte an der Spree, circa 80 km südöstlich von Berlin und etwa 30 km südwestlich von Frankfurt ; die Oder ist rund 30 km östlich entfernt. Rund um die Stadt erstrecken sich große Wald- und Wiesengebiete mit vielen kleineren und größeren Seen. Beeskow wird das „Tor zur Niederlausitz“ genannt.
Zusätzlich werden folgende Wohnplätze ausgewiesen: Bahrensdorf, Bornower Berg, Charlottenhof, Hannemannei, Hufenfeld, Kietz, Radinkendorf Ausbau, Vorheide, Weinberge und Wilhelmshöhe.
