Westerhorn ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein. Am Beek, Dauenhof, Haltepunkt Dauenhof, Kuhberg, Mölberg und Ölberg liegen im Gemeindegebiet.
Westerhorn liegt etwa 8 km nordwestlich von Barmstedt und gehört zusammen mit den Gemeinden Brande-Hörnerkirchen, Osterhorn und Bokel zum Amt Hörnerkirchen. Die Kremper Au und der Westerhorner Bek fließen durch die Gemeinde. Westerhorn besteht aus den Ortsteilen Westerhorn und Dauenhof mit dem gleichnamigen Bahnhof, der an der Eisenbahnstrecke Hamburg-Altona – Neumünster – Kiel/Flensburg liegt und zum Hamburger Verkehrsverbund gehört. Die Bundesautobahn 23 ist mit ihrer Auffahrt Hohenfelde etwa drei Kilometer entfernt. In Planung ist der Bau der A 20, die von der A 7 nördlich an Westerhorn vorbeiführt und über Glückstadt unter der Elbe in Richtung Niedersachsen weitergeführt wird.
