Wasserliesch ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Trier-Saarburg in Rheinland-Pfalz; sie gehört zur Verbandsgemeinde Konz. Der Ort liegt zwölf Kilometer südwestlich der Römerstadt Trier am rechten Ufer der Mosel unweit der deutsch-luxemburgischen Grenze zwischen den Mündungen ihrer Nebenflüsse Saar und Sauer. Stromabwärts weitet sich hier das Moseltal zu einem Talkessel, der sich etwa zwanzig Kilometer weit bis über die Stadt Trier hinaus hinzieht.
