St. Johann ist eine Gemeinde auf der Schwäbischen Alb etwa acht Kilometer östlich von Reutlingen. Der Sitz der Gemeindeverwaltung ist Würtingen. St. Johann ist mit einem Teil seiner Gemarkung ein Teil des Biosphärengebiets Schwäbische Alb.
Die nachfolgend genannten Städte und Gemeinden grenzen an die Gemeinde St. Johann. Sie werden im Uhrzeigersinn beginnend im Norden genannt und gehören zum Landkreis Reutlingen:
