Höhn ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Westerwaldkreis in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört der Verbandsgemeinde Westerburg an. Mit rund 3000 Einwohnern auf 13,68 Quadratkilometern ist Höhn nach der Stadt Westerburg die flächen- und einwohnermäßig größte Ortsgemeinde der Verbandsgemeinde.
Seit 1969 besteht Höhn aus den Ortsteilen Höhn-Urdorf, Oellingen, Schönberg und Neuhochstein . Bis auf Neuhochstein sind alle Ortsteile in den vergangenen 50 Jahren miteinander verschmolzen, zeigen in ihren alten Ortskernen aber noch die Strukturmerkmale eigenständiger Haufendörfer. Höhn-Urdorf ist der größte und zentrale Ortsteil der Gemeinde.
