Bramfeld ist ein Stadtteil Hamburgs im Bezirk Wandsbek. Der Stadtteil umfasst etwa 50.000 Einwohner. Zu Bramfeld gehört auch das ehemalige Dorf Hellbrook. Das damalige Dorf Bramfeld wurde erst 1937 zu einem Hamburger Stadtteil. Das ganze Gebiet ist ein wenig markanter Ballungsraum von Wohn- und Gewerbeansiedlungen, etwas, was man heute mit dem Begriff Zwischenstadt umschreibt. Dabei handelt es sich um dörfliches Gelände, das von einer wachsenden Stadt eingeschlossen wurde und aktuell sowohl städtische wie dörfliche Elemente aufweist.
Bramfeld liegt im Nordosten Hamburgs beiderseits der ehemaligen B 434, die in diesem Abschnitt Bramfelder Chaussee heißt, und ist mit knapp 50.000 Einwohnern einer der bevölkerungsstärksten Stadtteile der Hansestadt.
