Müggelheim ist ein Ortsteil im Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick von Berlin. Im 19. Jahrhundert war längere Zeit der amtliche Ortsname Müggelsheim in Gebrauch.
Die Siedlung Müggelheim liegt im Stadtforst südlich des Müggelsees und östlich der Müggelberge auf dem Köpenicker Werder. Nahe dem Dorfkern befindet sich das nördliche Ende der Großen Krampe, im Nordosten Müggelheims der See Krumme Laake, häufig auch Krumme Lake genannt.
