Das Hotel Neptun ist ein direkt am Strand der Ostsee gelegenes 5-Sterne-Hotel im Ostseebad Warnemünde, das 1971 den Betrieb aufnahm. Mit einer Höhe von 64 Metern ist das Hotelgebäude nach dem 77 Meter hohen Wiro-Hochhaus Rostocks zweithöchstes Gebäude.
Zu DDR-Zeiten waren nahezu alle Hotels der gehobenen Klasse Interhotels, das Neptun als HO-Hotel war insofern eine Ausnahme. Das Hotel mit 18 Etagen und 338 Zimmern erhielt nach 1990 das erste zertifizierte Thalassozentrum Deutschlands und bietet eine Meerwasserschwimmhalle in der vierten Etage, mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Es gehört als „Wellness-Hotel“ zur Arkona AG, einer 100%igen Tochter der Deutschen Seereederei Rostock .
