Das Alte Land ist ein Teil der Elbmarsch südlich der Elbe in Hamburg und in Niedersachsen. Es umfasst die Gemeinde Jork, die Samtgemeinde Lühe und den Neu Wulmstorfer Ortsteil Rübke in Niedersachsen sowie die Hamburger Stadtteile Neuenfelde, Cranz und Francop.
Im Jahre 2012 nominierte das Land Niedersachsen die Kulturlandschaft Altes Land für die deutsche Tentativliste bei zukünftigen UNESCO-Welterbeanträgen. Diesen Antrag lehnte die Kultusministerkonferenz im folgenden Jahr jedoch ab.
