Hahn am See ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Westerwaldkreis in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört der Verbandsgemeinde Wallmerod an.
Die Gemeinde liegt im Westerwald zwischen Montabaur und Hachenburg. Niederhahn ist ein Ortsteil. Im Gemeindegebiet entspringen die Flüsse Bach von der Elbinger Lei und der Kälberbach.
