Hohenfelde ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Plön in Schleswig-Holstein. Zur Gemeinde gehören die Ortsteile Grünberg, Hoffeld, Krummsiek, Malmsteg, Monkamp, Mühlenau und Radeland.
Hohenfelde liegt an der Ostsee, etwa sechs Kilometer östlich von Schönberg und zwölf Kilometer westlich von Lütjenburg. Dort befindet sich auch das Amt Lütjenburg, in das die Gemeinde Hohenfelde eingegliedert ist. Durch das Gemeindegebiet von Hohenfelde verläuft die Landesstraße L 165, die als Verkehrsverbindung von Schönberg bis nach Lütjenburg dient.
