Die Otto-Lilienthal-Kaserne ist eine bei Roth in Mittelfranken gelegene Kaserne der Bundeswehr. Mit der Stadt Heideck besteht die erste Kasernen-Patengemeinschaft in Deutschland.
Ihre Wurzeln hat die Rother Kaserne in den 1930er-Jahren, als der Wunsch nach einem Militärflugplatz in Roth bestand. Baubeginn für diesen war schließlich 1937, zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits als Kaserne geplant. Erster Truppenteil in Roth war die Flugzeugführerschule Kiliansdorf, die aus Erding verlegt wurde.
