Das KZ Neckargartach war ein Konzentrationslager der Schutzstaffel und ging als SS-Arbeitslager Steinbock in die Geschichte ein. Das Lager befand sich am Stadtrand von Heilbronn und ist nach dem Ortsteil Neckargartach benannt.
Im Juli 1944 wurde am Ortsende Richtung Bad Wimpfen ein Konzentrationslager Neckargartach als Außenkommando des KZ Natzweiler-Struthof im Elsass eröffnet: das SS-Arbeitslager Steinbock. Das KZ-Außenkommando Neckargartach gehörte zu den sogenannten Neckarlagern, in die im Spätsommer 1944 die Häftlinge des KZ Natzweiler und seiner im besetzten Frankreich gelegenen Außenkommandos vor den heranrückenden alliierten Armeen zurück verlegt wurden. Auf dem Areal standen die insgesamt neunzehn Baracken des KZ-Außenkommandos umgeben von Bretter- und Stacheldrahtzäunen und vier Wachttürmen.
