Das Museum Koenig Bonn in Bonn ist ein Naturkundemuseum und Teil des Leibniz-Instituts zur Analyse des Biodiversitätswandels, einer Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Seit dem 1. Juli 2021 wurde der Name des ehemaligen "Zoologisches Forschungsinstitut und Museum Alexander Koenig - Leibniz-Institut für Biodiversität der Tiere" in Leibniz-Institut zur Analyse des Biodiversitätswandels geändert. Hinzu kam der zweite Standort in Hamburg, das Museum der Natur Hamburg, ehemals Centrum für Naturkunde der Universität Hamburg. Sitz der Stiftung ist Bonn.
