Il Museo Koenig Bonn a Bonn è un museo di storia naturale ed è parte dell'Istituto Leibniz per l'analisi del cambiamento della biodiversità, una fondazione di diritto pubblico del Land Nordrhein-Westfalia.
Dal 1° luglio 2021, il nome del precedente "Istituto di Ricerca Zoologica e Museo Alexander Koenig - Istituto Leibniz per la Biodiversità degli Animali" è stato cambiato in Istituto Leibniz per l'analisi del cambiamento della biodiversità. Si è aggiunta la seconda sede ad Amburgo, il Museo della Natura di Amburgo, precedentemente Centro di Storia Naturale dell'Università di Amburgo. La sede della fondazione è a Bonn.
