Das Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium Heilbronn ist ein Gymnasium in der Innenstadt von Heilbronn. Die Wurzeln der Schule reichen zur städtischen Lateinschule des 15. Jahrhunderts zurück, die ab der Zeit um 1500 vom Geist des Humanismus geprägt war. Die Schule wurde 1620 zum Gymnasium umgebildet, hieß von 1827 bis 1938 Karlsgymnasium und trägt seit 1950 ihren heutigen Namen nach ihrem bekanntesten Schüler Theodor Heuss, dem ersten Bundespräsidenten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Das heutige Schulgebäude, 1956 bis 1958 nach Plänen von Peter Salzbrenner erbaut, steht als Kulturdenkmal unter Denkmalschutz.
