St. Mauritius ist eine katholische Pfarrkirche im Stadtteil Kärlich von Mülheim-Kärlich. Ursprünglich war sie Eigenkirche eines Dekans Wolfram, der sie mit Urkunde vom 10. März 1217 dem Stift St. Florin in Koblenz schenkte. Verbunden mit dieser Schenkung erhielt der Propst des Stifts die Befugnis, den Pfarrer von Kärlich zu ernennen und einzusetzen. Die Bindung an St. Florin bestand bis zur Säkularisation von 1802. Von 1827 bis 1924 gehörte Kärlich zum Dekanat Koblenz und seit dem 1. Februar 1924 ist die Gemeinde eine Pfarrei des Dekanats Bassenheim , das seit 2004 mit Andernach zum Dekanat Andernach-Bassenheim zusammengeschlossen ist.
