Die Aktien-Gesellschaft „Weser“ war eine Schiffswerft in Bremen-Gröpelingen. Der 1872 gegründete Betrieb wurde 1983 als Folge weltweiter Überkapazitäten im Schiffbau und allzu einseitiger Konzentration auf den Bau von Großtankern geschlossen.
Im Laufe ihres 140-jährigen Bestehens wurden von der A.G. „Weser“ etwa 1.400 Schiffe gebaut; neben dem zivilen hat sich die Werft sehr stark im militärischen Schiffbau engagiert, sowohl für die Kaiserliche Marine als auch später für die Reichs- bzw. Kriegsmarine . Sie hatte in beiden Weltkriegen großen Anteil am Bau von U-Booten.
