Brehna ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Sandersdorf-Brehna im Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Die Stadt Brehna war bis zur Eingemeindung nach Sandersdorf am 1. Juli 2009 eine selbständige Gemeinde. Die Stadtrechte Brehnas wurden an die in Sandersdorf-Brehna umbenannte neue Kommune übertragen. Letzter Bürgermeister von Brehna war Leopold Böhm.
