Das stillgelegte Kernkraftwerk Brokdorf befindet sich nahe der Gemeinde Brokdorf im Kreis Steinburg, Schleswig-Holstein und wurde im Oktober 1986 erstmals durch die damaligen Eigentümer PreussenElektra und HEW in Betrieb genommen. Das Kernkraftwerk gehört heute den Unternehmen PreussenElektra GmbH und Vattenfall . Während der Bauphase in den 1970er und 1980er Jahren gab es heftige Proteste von Atomkraftgegnern.
