Der Gertrudenkirchhof ist ein Platz in Hamburg-Altstadt. Hier befand sich bis zum Hamburger Brand die namensgebende Gertrudenkapelle.
Die Gertrudenkapelle befand sich im Nordosten der Stadt zwischen Spitaler Straße und Rosenstraße. Hier wurde im 14. Jahrhundert, wahrscheinlich im Pestjahr 1350 ein Friedhof angelegt, der jedoch später nicht mehr genutzt wurde. Der Name Gertrudenkirchhof erinnert daran.
