Die Rote Flora ist ein Autonomes Zentrum im seit November 1989 besetzten Restgebäude des ehemaligen Flora-Theaters am Schulterblatt 71 im Schanzenviertel des Hamburger Stadtteils Sternschanze. Sie gilt wie die besetzten Gebäude der Hafenstraße als symbolträchtiger Ort der Autonomen-Szene Hamburgs und als Ausgangspunkt von auch über Hamburg hinausreichenden sozial, kulturell und politisch motivierten Aktivitäten der Radikalen Linken.
Während der Franzosenzeit waren sämtliche sechsundzwanzig in dieser Gegend stehenden Gebäude von napoleonischen Truppen zur besseren Verteidigung der Sternschanze niedergebrannt worden.
