Die Bahnstrecke Ulm–Friedrichshafen, auch Württembergische Südbahn genannt, ist eine zweigleisige Hauptbahn in Baden-Württemberg. Sie führt von Ulm über Biberach an der Riß, Aulendorf und Ravensburg nach Friedrichshafen.
Sie wurde zwischen 1846 und 1850 errichtet und von 1905 bis 1913 zweigleisig ausgebaut. In diesem Zeitraum entstanden auch zahlreiche Empfangsgebäude der Bahnhöfe neu. Die Kilometrierung beginnt als Filstalbahn im Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof. Einige Züge gehen auf die eingleisige Bahnstrecke Friedrichshafen–Lindau über.
