Das Kloster Paring ist eine Propstei der Augustiner-Chorherren der Windesheimer Kongregation, lat. Canones Regulares Vindesemensis , in Paring, Markt Langquaid in Bayern in der Diözese Regensburg.
Das St. Michael geweihte Kloster wurde 1141 durch Gebhard von Roning gegründet. Von 1141 bis 1598 war es Augustinerchorherren-Stift, 1616 bis 1803 ein Priorat der Benediktinerabtei Andechs, wurde jedoch 1803 im Zuge der Säkularisation aufgelöst. Der größte Teil der Anlage ist nicht erhalten.
