Der Groß Glienicker See ist ein See in Berlin und Brandenburg. Er liegt im Ortsteil Kladow im Südwesten der Bundeshauptstadt und im nördlichen Teil der brandenburgischen Landeshauptstadt Potsdam im Ortsteil Groß Glienicke.
Der See erstreckt sich in nord-südlicher Richtung über eine Länge von 2,0 km mit einer maximalen Breite von 530 m und 240 m an der schmalsten Stelle. Er ist fast vollständig von Berliner und Potsdamer Siedlungsgebieten eingeschlossen. Der See grenzt im Westen an den Potsdamer Ortsteil Groß Glienicke und im Osten an den zum Berliner Bezirk Spandau gehörenden Ortsteil Kladow, wobei das an den See angrenzende Wohnviertel ebenfalls unter dem Namen Groß-Glienicke bekannt ist. Durch den gesamten See läuft die Landesgrenze zwischen Brandenburg und Berlin. Vor 1990 verlief hier die Grenze zwischen der DDR und West-Berlin.
