Das Kloster Dorstadt ist eine historische Klosteranlage in Dorstadt, Landkreis Wolfenbüttel. Nach der Säkularisation 1803 wurde es ein Gutshof und befindet sich in Privatbesitz.
Das Kloster war eine Stiftung des sächsischen Adelsgeschlechts von Dorstadt. Arnold von Dorstadt, der ohne Erben war, gründete es 1189. Sein Verwandter Bischof Adelog von Hildesheim bestätigte und privilegierte die Gründung im selben Jahr. Das Augustinerinnen-Stift erhielt das Patrozinium Zum heiligen Kreuz.
