Die Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven GmbH ist eine Schiffswerft in Bremerhaven. Sie wurde 1857 als Werkstatt der Reederei Norddeutscher Lloyd gegründet, kann auf eine wechselvolle Geschichte zurückblicken und führte insbesondere Reparatur, Umbau sowie Verlängerungen von großen Schiffen durch. Nach dem Strategiewechsel im Jahr 2017 konzentriert sich die Lloyd Werft auf den Bau von Megayachten und Prototypen.
