Der U-Bahnhof Heinrich-Heine-Allee ist neben dem Hauptbahnhof die wichtigste Station der Düsseldorfer Stadtbahn und die einzige, an der alle Düsseldorfer Stadtbahnlinien halten. Er ist ein Turmbahnhof und liegt im Verlauf der ersten, zweiten und dritten Stammstrecke in der Innenstadt der nordrhein-westfälischen Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf. Das zweite Untergeschoss des unter der Heinrich-Heine-Allee errichteten U-Bahnhofs wurde 1988 dem Verkehr übergeben und erschließt seitdem die Einkaufsstraßen Flinger- sowie Bolkerstraße. Am 20. Februar 2016 wurde das dritte Untergeschoss dem Verkehr übergeben. Durch die Verbindung zu den gleichnamigen oberirdischen Bushaltestellen ist der U-Bahnhof Heinrich-Heine-Allee auch einer der wichtigsten Umsteigepunkte in Düsseldorf. Straßenbahnen verkehren dort keine mehr.
