Der Tesch-Tunnel ist ein 523 m langer Eisenbahntunnel in Wuppertal. Er befindet sich auf der 1879 eröffneten und mittlerweile stillgelegten „Wuppertaler Nordbahn“ zwischen dem Bahnhof Dornap-Hahnenfurth und dem Haltepunkt Wuppertal-Lüntenbeck. Er ist einer von sieben Tunneln auf dem Streckenabschnitt zwischen Mettmann und Bahnhof Gevelsberg West.
Obwohl die Flurbezeichnung, auf die der Tunnel sich bezieht, Tesche heißt, ist der Name des Tunnels in schriftlichen Erwähnungen abweichend von der Schreibweise Tesche.
