Die Stollwerck GmbH ist ein deutsches Lebensmittelunternehmen mit Sitz in Norderstedt , das durch die Produktion von Schokolade bekannt wurde. Stollwerck gehörte von 2002 bis 2011 der Barry Callebaut AG. Im Oktober 2011 wurde Stollwerck an die belgische Unternehmensgruppe Baronie verkauft.
1839 eröffnete Franz Stollwerck in Köln ein Werk zur Hustenbonbon-Produktion, dem nach zwei Jahren der Durchbruch gelang. 1860 wurde die Produktion um Schokolade, Marzipan und Printen erweitert.
