Die Zuckerfabrik Anklam ist seit 2007 die einzige Zuckerfabrik in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und befindet sich in Anklam im Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald. Das zur niederländischen Suiker Unie gehörende Unternehmen verarbeitet Zuckerrüben zu Zucker, Bioethanol, Biomethan und Tierfutter. Mit 135 Beschäftigten wurden im Geschäftsjahr 2013 rund 1,4 Millionen Tonnen Zuckerrüben verarbeitet und ein Umsatz von circa 120 Millionen Euro erwirtschaftet.
Am 31. Januar 1883 wurde die Aktiengesellschaft Pommersche Zuckerfabrik Anklam gegründet. Die Zuckerrüben wurden per Schiff über einen eigens angelegten Stichkanal von der Peene sowie über einen werkseigenen Bahnanschluss angeliefert.
