Der Bahnhof Berlin-Wannsee liegt im Berliner Ortsteil Wannsee in der Nähe des Großen Wannsees und ist ein wichtiger Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Er befindet sich im Südwesten Berlins im Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf an einem Schnittpunkt der Wannseebahn und der Bahnstrecke Berlin–Blankenheim nahe der Havel und der Bundesautobahn 115 .
Nach Norden verzweigen sich die Strecken in Richtung Grunewald und Zehlendorf, in Richtung Süden nach Dessau und Potsdam.
